A 21 year old man named Richard Garcia is starting his new job as a graphic designer at a new clothing store in Los Angeles. As he introduces himself, he remembers all the ups and downs in his life that got him to this point. As a troubled LGBTQ young man who applies for an important job opportunity for his dream of becoming a fashion designer at a prestigious company. He opens up during his interview and we explore his experiences of what got him to where he is today and how he learned to accept himself.
