BEHIND THE LENS

Owen Galicia resides in Los Angeles California as an Independent Producer, Director, Writer, and Photographer. Expanding the reach of independent cinema to everyone, creating short films, feature films, trailers and more. In 2016 he founded his own production company Galicia Productions, bringing films to the general public. This later led him to partner with Film2Future, an organization where filmmakers of every level showcase their talent in the cinema arts, becoming players in the film industry. After working with F2F he moved on to work with the content development team at Ron Howard and Brian Grazer's Imagine Impact. There he learned the key Hollywood players and marketing strategies of the entertainment industry. With an extensive knowledge of film history, Owen is now an independent experimental filmmaker touching upon all genres and tackling real life issues that impact us all.
